The sapphire teardrop measures overall 19mm by 12mm (including the loop). The glass in the middle of the teardrop measures 13mm by 10mm by 6mm.

The chain is sterling silver and measures 2mm X 1.4mm. It is a flat cable design. The length of this particular necklace is approximately 16.5 inches. If you need a different length, no problem! Please just let me know when you "check out" in message to seller. :)
